Taking advantage of being closely located to the Gyeryong University, the heart of national defense and Sejong City, the multifunctional administrative city, the Military Science & Police Administration was the first established college, and it aims to train military and police personnel.
Department of National Defense & Police Administration
It is the only faculty in the nation in which national defense, police, and administrative fields are conjoined.
The department educates students with theoretical and practical skills to enter various public offices such as police departments, national/local public service workers, and national defense civil workers.
National civil service worker (regular, prosecutory affairs worker, correction officer), police (officer and cadet), Ministry of Defense civil worker (military worker, officer, noncommissioned officer), local civil workers, public corporations.
Department of Military Science and Art
Department of Military Science and Art is a department that produces elite military officers.
It was established in 2011, located only in the Chungnam Province, through cooperation with the Army Headquarters and the ROTC, the department also operates masters and doctoral programs in military science, and the Military Science Research Institution.
The department also operates military science courses in contract with the noncommissioned officers at the army recruitment training center. It continues to develop as a school that contributes to the nation and society.
Commissioned as a second lieutenant in the army: All male and female students (ROTC, undergraduate officer) Long-term military service or special employment as a civil-military worker or advance into civilian society after 6-7 years of service.
